A colourful selection of oven-roasted peppers, aubergines and baby plum tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and basil and accompanied by olive bread.

Pollo Parmigiano
Slow baked chicken fillet in a rich tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and wrapped in prosciutto served on a bed of penne pasta.

Amaretti Arancia Torta
An Amaretti biscuit base topped with an orange compote and white chocolate mousse accompanied by a quenelle of creme fraiche.
