LIVING VENTURES the restaurant and bar company who developed "The Living Room" and "BLACKHOUSE" brands is completing the next exciting phase in the company's future growth with Est Est Est in Knutsford opening as GUSTO ~ restaurant and bar at the end of May.

The company has invested over £5 million in rebranding and refurbishing its existing Est Est Est restaurants into GUSTO ~ restaurant and bar (GUSTO - Latin/Italian for 'taste and enjoyment') over the last nine months. Already rebranded are restaurants in Didsbury, Heswall, Edinburgh, Cookridge, Newcastle and Alderley Edge, all with phenomenal success.

The change will mark the end of Est Est Est on the high street, but Living Ventures have made sure GUSTO offers all of the best aspects of Est Est Est in an improved environment. Living Ventures co-founders Tim Bacon and Jeremy Roberts are renowned for their innovative and exciting restaurant and bar concepts and Tim Bacon, Managing Director of Living Ventures commented;

"Doing a name change of this scale is phenomenal, but we are confident that the new concept will go down well. We didn't need to do much with the interior in Knutsford because it was already a very sexy and atmospheric space, but Est needed to move on and it can't exist for us as a brand going forward so we've made sure we have kept all of the best bits in GUSTO.

"Est has been a part of the Knutsford restaurant scene for a long time now, in fact the brand started here and it is fitting that our last conversion is in Knutsford. We are proud of what we achieved with Est and we are equally excited about GUSTO. We are certain that our customers in Knutsford will love GUSTO just as much as they did Est Est Est."
