Via Via Italian delicatesseen is due to open on the new Regent Street development in Knutsford. The Independantly owned and run deli will serve the finest food, wine and coffee sourced and imported direct from Italy, prepaired by top Italian Gastro Chef 'Battista'.

Hosted by co-proprietor 'Lello' and his team, Via Via will include settings for breakfast, lunch and assaggi (drinks and italian tapas). Via Via will also be offering additional services of outside catering, cookery schools and hampers.

Via Via will complement the wide range of fine food and drink available in Knutsford and add to the diverse cuisine that is available through the town. Knutsford has been in need of a quality delicatessen to a number of years and should be a great success in this great new location.
